Please note that the schedule below is for members who have already completed our pre-requisite CFGH Fundamentals.
* As long as you are a current member at an Affiliated CrossFit Gym, you can train with us while you’re in Metro Manila.
* Arrive for your first class at least 10 minutes early and introduce yourself to the coach
* No first-time athletes, please! You must have CrossFit experience to drop-in to one of our classes.
* If you’re new to CrossFit GreenHills, start by taking our CFGH Fundamentals, then sign-up for Regulars.
